Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Senior Manager Diamond Sorting and Valuation. It is essential that the candidate has the experience listed to fulfill the role.

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to develop and maintain a consistent eValuer global sorting operation.

Lead the establishment, development, and delivery of training on eValuer assortment.

Develop innovative proposals and deliver strategic presentations to senior executives

Proactively make actionable and insightful recommendations for new assortments, extensions, or enhancements

Enhance and expand key decisions and influence relationships based upon knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value

Experience and Qualifications

At least 20 years experience of in assortment management in a senior role

Complete knowledge and conceptual understanding of eValuer assortment

20 years experience in training and development of people in diamond sorting

Experienced valuer at global tenders

Proven track record of multi-assortment development for individual customer needs

Network of senior international figures in the industry

A recognised and influential individual in the industry

Degree or diploma in Management and Leadership

Training qualification
