Zebras off to Madagascar for four-nation tourney

Botswana play Rwanda on Friday before they wrap up their Madagascar trip with a tie against Burundi on Monday. Zebras coach, Didier da Rosa Gomez has named a strong line-up which includes stars based abroad. Tumisang Orebonye joined up with the team in Johannesburg, while Kabelo Seakanyeng flew straight to Madagascar. Benson Mangolo, who is based in Tanzania is included in the team. The Zebras will use the friendly tournament to fine-tune for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers which resume in June. After two rounds of matches, Botswana has three points after an opening-day defeat to Mozambique and a win against Guinea.
