First Capital Bank wraps mobile kitchens giveaway campaign

This event marked the celebratory conclusion of a campaign dedicated to financial empowerment and customer appreciation.
The Oketsa! Campaign, which kicked off on May 22, 2023, is aimed at rewarding loyal customers by availing loans ranging from P50,000 to P700,000 while maintaining a funded Lefika savings account.
Throughout the campaign, customers had chances to win one of three state-of-the-art mobile kitchens, symbolising entrepreneurial ingenuity.
In the final draw held with great anticipation, the lucky recipient of the last mobile kitchen was selected from customers who availed loans between November 1 and December 31, 2023. Kenna Goemekgabo emerged as the winner. In line with its commitment to enriching the community, First Capital Bank presented the mobile kitchen to a local food vendor, Lala Tshenyo Sefatlho, located along Western Commercial Road in the Gaborone CBD. Thatayaone Nicholas Matlapeng, Consumer Lending Country Manager at First Capital Bank, expressed satisfaction with the campaign’s outcomes.
“The Oketsa! Campaign has been a remarkable journey, reinforcing our commitment to our customers' financial well-being and acknowledging their unwavering loyalty. “We are pleased to have concluded this campaign on such a high note,” Matlapeng said. First Capital Bank offers loans up to P700,000, payable over 96 months. The bank has six Consumer Service Centres nationwide, strategically located in Gaborone, Mochudi, Kanye, Palapye, Francistown and Maun. “In addition, our Direct Sales Agents are positioned across the country, facilitating loan applications in areas where a branch or Consumer Service Centre is not readily available,” he added.
