The club's spokesperson, Ofentse Mmulaefe, conveyed that Sechele's decision includes non-payment of player rent, unavailability of transport for training and matches, and a cessation of meal provision on match days. Additionally, Sechele discontinued the production and sale of replicas.
The club disclosed an assault on chairperson Thatayaone Mohutsiwa during a recent Debswana First Division South League game.
"We are still in the hunt for the one who physically attacked the chairperson of the club during our game against Young Stars. This kind of behaviour scared potential investors," part of the letter read.
The letter also emphasised ongoing efforts to identify and address the assailant. Sechele, an investor since the season's commencement, encountered challenges due to internal conflicts, prompting engagement with the executive committee for resolution, albeit with no breakthrough reported.
Extension Gunners face additional internal discord, particularly with head coach Daniel Nare questioning the appointment of assistant coach Stanley Mwaanga.
