A press statement from the party says the occasion will be an all-inclusive event, known as the Women in Leadership Circle, and will offer a forum for visionaries, businesspersons, and creatives to network, expand their expertise, and research new trends in inclusiveness.

The statement also says event will be held under the theme “Investing through Social Capital.” Social investment remains critical in the progression of women. Social Capital, by its definition, considers sustainability, financial resources, transfer of knowledge, expertise, experience, networks, personal connections, and synergistic collaboration.

Moreover, Social Capital has proven to be beneficial to both the business leaders and the beneficiaries. It allows a leader to provide support, guidance, encouragement, and work collectively (and effectively) to achieve a common purpose and leave a positive impact.

“We are excited to announce the return of our fundraising event which will offer a real opportunity for engagement with visionaries in business and strategic leadership. It is through such collaborations that we can inspire young local businesses and open them to a world of global possibilities,” said Peggy Serame, President of the BDPWW i the statement.

The event will include inspiring, motivational, and interactive activities that will open up fresh ideas and broaden perspectives while also fostering close-knit communities that are advancing in their careers and widening their circle of influence. The networking Circle will, furthermore, inspire personal growth and empowerment offered by local and international business leaders and renowned speakers to be announced at a later date.
