The accused, Tshepo Digelang, allegedly killed Sipho Moyo on October 13, 2015, at Sebinanyana lands near Marapong. Digelang allegedly murdered Moyo for 'taking his job'.
Digelang has pleaded not guilty to the offence, but he pleaded guilty to a theft charge.
He stole various household items amounting to over P1,000 belonging to Moyo. Digelang is due in court on October 16 for a continuation of trial.
