After evaluation, the Commission resolved to realign the constituency boundaries and retain them as one. Tlokweng has a population of 59,963 and covers an area of 285 square kilometres. According to the report, the constituency is manageable and has a good communication network. It further says the boundaries of the Tlokweng constituency are aligned with the Tlokweng administrative district boundaries. This came after some residents of Tlokweng village proposed another constituency to be created in the constituency. While one proposal was to realign the constituency boundaries and retain them as one, another option was to remove the Kgale ward from the constituency, add it to the Ramotswa constituency, and divide it into two.

They had wanted the Tlokweng East constituency to include village wards such as Metlhabeng, Lenganeng, Selokwana, Letlapeng and Ranfurwa. The other option was that the Tlokweng South constituency should include Tlokweng wards of Sefhokeng, Masetlheng, Khaekholo, part of old Kgosing, part of Tlokweng Central and part of Lenganeng. On the same matter still, the Commission observed that the Serowe district incorporates all three Serowe constituencies. It further points out that the latest development has removed the villages of Mogorosi, Mokgware and Radisele from the Serowe South constituency and added them to the Palapye district. In that regard, it has also removed the villages of Serule and Gojwane from the Serowe North constituency and added them to the Tonota district.

The report says Serowe North has a population of 29,972 covering an area of 3,004 square kilometres and Serowe South has a population of 34,765 covering an area of 7,255 square kilometres.
