The pageant was also celebrating 15 years running since 2008. Mbaembae started the show in high morale. Her profession parade was fire as she paraded as a shebeen queen (mmaspoto). She entered the parade wearing German print skirt, shirt and headscarf. She was carrying a clay pot on her head and calabash with her hand. While calling clients to buy her traditional beer, she told them that her traditional beer was strictly made of sorghum only. She also complained of some of her customers who get her traditional beer on credit and do not pay. She talked of how her beer helps her take care of her family.

When it comes to evening wear dress, she wore a gorgeous long, green, glittery dress with fur in the neck and hands. She also did well in answering her top five and top three questions. Mbaembae said if she was to be crowned the Miss Millennium queen, as Mogoditshane resident, she would host breast cancer awareness campaigns in the area. She said as a breast cancer survivor, she would ensure that Mogoditshane residents get breast cancer detection services. Her princesses are 59-year-old Kelebeletse Nthobatsang, a teacher by profession and a 41-year-old Shakila Kebabope who won the first and second princesses titles respectively. They also answered questions from the judges brilliantly. Their evening gowns were also stunning. Moreover, all contestants came in prepared to grab the title. The two other women that made it to top five include 47-years-old Terresa Koa from Gabane and Alice Molosiwa also a teacher by profession from Mochudi who played a role of a nurse.

The oldest contestant, 62-year-old Maitlamo Lekgoe who parade as a house help, was given Miss Personality award. She is a tailor by profession. The most interesting parade was the professional one where women showcased different careers they were interested in. There was a police officer, nurse, farmer, maid, air hostess and the lady of the night. This year, unlike previous years, women dressed to kill. They designed gorgeous and colourful dresses. The ladies did not let the rainfall ruin their moment. They continued showcasing their talent even though the rain soaked their gowns. During the pageantry, there was a parade of former queens even though some were not present due to various reasons and there was tribute to the late former queens. Star Hezek treated the audience with a spectacular performance as he sung some beautiful classics.
