One killed, four sustain injuries on A30

Tatitown police station commander, Boipuso Baatweng, said the accident involving two private happened on Saturday evening.
He added that the accident took place just after Orapa Junction towards Borolong village. He said the accident claimed the life of a man in his late 30s. Baatweng said that there was a head-on collision between a BMW car travelling towards Borolong and a Toyota Corolla car, which was heading in the opposite direction.
The Toyota Corolla had two occupants of which the female driver was left with broken legs whereas the passenger complained about chest pains, he added. The Tatitown police boss elaborated that the BMW had three occupants , all males including the deceased man. He said the BMW driver sustained injuries including a broken right leg, while the third passenger complained of pains.
All the injured individuals are still hospitalised at Nyangabgwe Referral Hospital (NHR). Baatweng added that the police are still investigating what could have caused the accident.
