Mogomotsi Kwapa releases Ke Bona Ka Matlho

The album shares a difficult journey he went through, which left him feel abandoned by those he once helped in life. "Ke Bona Ka Matlho means I see things in a new way because of my experience and life struggles.
It is a six-track album and was inspired by my love for music.
Ke Bona Ka Matlho was birthed after I lived and worked with many people (artists) and helped them push their own projects but when my time came, they abandoned me and refused to help me because they did not want me to work on my own projects but keep working on theirs. They did not want me to also grow as an independent artist,” he said.
He also said his second song ‘Re Tshepile Weena Ntatee’ is a testimony that he is now giving all his trust and life to God and no one else. Lala Ho Nna is a song where he asks the Lord to be with him through thick and thin. He explained that some of the people he worked with on this project such as Tumelo Mafoko died before its completion but is thankful that he managed to finally release it.
The album was produced by Kitso Mauchadza. Kwapa said he went through different challenges in order to release the album. However, he said the whole process was an eye opener as he learnt a lot from the people he worked with whom he said he appreciated their presence. He also said his album has been well received, adding that he appreciated every support he got from the public.
