In an interview with Arts & Culture, Marumo expressed delight that for the first time, his village will also host an event since Morobosi. He said the show would help to uplift local entrepreneurs and musicians and develop the hosting area. “The event is happening at a time we all regard as special and that is the New Years Eve, when everyone will be waiting to receive the New Year and this event will provide very special moments for that. It is our first annual music festival and we are planning to have it every year,” he said.

To make it special and memorable, they have invited renowned and popular artists locally and from South Africa. He said they would be headlining with international performers in the likes of Prince Benza accompanied by Dr Nell of 'Tshwara fatshe' hit and Libopie of ‘Lingwe dobha.’ Local acts include Chef Gustos, FME DJs, Ancestral Rituals, Double Up, Tumza and many more. He added that they would also have Pula Power who will be live streaming the events and to share the moments of receiving the New Year with the whole nation. He also pointed out that they have reached out to a number of stakeholders to be part of this event. Speaking of the security, he said they have engaged Security Systems, of which they were still in discussion with.
