The spiritual realm- the bedrock of life

Dear Anonymous, We spend most of our time in the office, so toxic moments are not what we need. I will route my opinion on spiritual basis. We are Africans and Africans has a way of designing hindrances because they are aware of what our future may become.

You will find out that they are some forces that monitors and disturb every movement we embark on so that we suffer frustration and stress over stagnation. These evil spiritual forces accompany us everywhere we go and provoke the next man to dislike and despise you.

You therefore need to engage on a strong and robust spiritual warfare since life begins “first” in the spiritual realm. It is unfortunate that we turn to ignore this major aspect of our lives due to our modern lifestyles. Start bathing with a concoction of warm water put sea or course salt and crushed garlic between eleven at night and three in the awe hours of the morning. Pray over the mixture and bath with faith for at least seven continuous. No one will ever hate you for no good reason or feel threatened by you.

You are not doing anything wrong but rather just not servicing your inner man. #ColoringSouls

Dear Coach, I fell in love with a cute, focused and intelligent young lady in her late 20’s. We get along very well and we decided to do some businesses together.

I have an entrepreneurial mind-set just like her and some businesses I had setup which were dormant she revived them and they were profitable. She does everything in a mature and professional fashion but there’s a big elephant in the room. She apparently is possessed with a “SANGOMA” spirit which she is trying to escape from. I am terrified by this finding and it has killed my love for her and thoughts of marriage have dissolved. Our business has started going down slowly. I am Christian and I believe we are spiritually different. I am confused between love and fleeing for my life, what should I do Coach? Yours, Anonymous Dear Anonymous, Love is beautiful but when it threatens your life, it is no longer beautiful. There are things, especially spiritual matters, that we cannot fight with them physically. A spirit of “SANGOMA” is very stubborn and can frustrate the bearer or partner in a negative way. It is only when one goes through the initiation process that they prosperity may manifest. Until then, the spirits will torment both of you financially, emotionally, physically and/ or psychologically. At times we are ought to be very selfish about our lives so we enhance our living span. We have dreams to fulfil, with or without certain people in our lives. Therefore, we cannot endanger ourselves for the sake of love, sometimes it (love) is not enough to sustain a relationship. You cannot be in a relationship that gives you no peace.

You can always find someone to also uphold your dreams and ambitions just as much as your troubled partner is doing currently. Do not allow yourself doom over love and if she really loves you, she must embrace and acknowledge all those differences and free you from the troubles of the “MADZODZI”, that is, spirits of Sangoma. #ColoringSouls

Dear Coach, I am young lady of her mid- 20s and has recently got married to a loving husband. It is the first time we have lived together. We have always visited each other prior our marriage. Even though we are still new in the matrimony, sometimes I feel suffocated by what he does and it seems to be normal with him. Each time he arrives from work, he takes his shoes anywhere regardless of my efforts of cleaning the house, his socks are always everywhere and no matter how much I try speak to him, it doesn’t change and it is eating me up. What should I do Coach for this situation to be rectified? I am lost for ideas and starting to feel miserable. Yours, Anonymous

Dear Anonymous, Marriage unites different cultures. We have to be awake to that fact in order to grow a high level of tolerance. Tolerance is the highest level of maturity. I get to think about it and wonder if he does the same at other people’s houses? That should show you how comfortable he is in your space and how much of peace the space earns him. Until you are privy to this, that gesture will mean a lot positively to your relationship. We are raised differently and cherish that. If you do, a room in your heart will accommodate what you feel negative about and it would never steal your peace. Has the way he expresses his love towards you changed? I bet you would yield a “NO” answer. Do not allow issues of cultural difference interfere with your love since they dent emotions and anything bad can easily fall on the cranks and easily spoil a good marriage. #ColoringSouls Kealeboga Ronald Ngwigwa is a Life Coach, Author, Columnist, Team Builder and an Events Director who believes that emotions build an attitude which ultimately builds one’s character.
