Gunners welfare manager, Mpho Nkadimang said the coach attended a hearing last week Wednesday. “The coach is expected to know his verdict today, whether he continues to be with the club or he will be relieved of his duties,” Nkadimang said.

He said the club was forced to suspend Kowa after he went away with the national Under-20 without permission. “The coach together with the BFA did not come to us to ask for permission for him to be with the Under-20, as the BFA normally does when it wants to use players or coaches for national duties. For that, we saw it fit to suspend the coach as he did not communicate with us and was not reporting for duty,” Nkadimang said.

Meanwhile, Township Rollers has been ordered by FIFA to pay their former player Mohammad Dialo nearly P50,000 for breach of contract. The Malian took the matter to FIFA citing a breach of contract and the world soccer governing body, ruled Rollers have to pay $3,514.10 to the player.

Rollers released a statement this week indicating they will comply with the FIFA order.
