After staging a successful car spinning and drifting event early this month, Team Saluki is back again with yet another session, this time with a combination of car spinners and bikers.

The event organiser, veteran local car spinner, Saxton ‘The General’ Leepile told Arts & Culture that the session returns due to high demand from enthusiasts.

“After the last event, there has been demand. The fans want more of this event. This time we have combined car spinners and bikers. This is going to be a huge spectacle,” said Leepile.

Gates for the event open at 10am. Leepile said the first 1000 people will get free Re-Boost drinks.

Once again, it will be a battle between the local lads and their South African counterparts on the stage, threading tyres and exhibiting spine chilling car slides. The local spinners are represented by King Joe, Ginimbi, Sheriff, Shy Boy, Magistrate, Tim Power, Mango Juice, Jo Bleksem, Ghetto Child, Villa and V-Mud. From South Africa, the spinners include Renzo, Mano, Detective, Beke le Beke, Mahonie, Isla Bonita, Team Rio and Shafie. Entrace fee is P70 kids and P150 adults.
