The 22-year-old Mochudi native is elated and cannot wait to show the world what she is made of and bring the crown home when she competes at the international pageantry to be held on September 24, 2022 at Kalahari Waterfront, Nandoni, Limpopo.

Over 60 beauty queens from different countries will battle it out for the crown at the competition.

Ramatlhape, who is Miss Independence Botswana 2021 second Princess, told Arts & Culture that this is a great opportunity of a lifetime looking at the stature of the pageantry, that she wants to use to inspire others. Miss Heritage Global is a pageant that celebrates heritage and diverse cultures across the globe.

It also empowers women to make a difference in their communities campaigning on a global forum.

Ramatlhape believes taking the crown will offer her a chance to inspire more women to dream big. “My aspiration is to be an inspiration to others in life. I see myself as a woman of integrity, a dignified warrior and a tool to celebrate women's inner beauty and different cultural heritages.

I intend to be the face of Miss Heritage Global by teaching the universe about the importance of preserving and maintaining our heritages through digital technologies,” said Ramatlhape. When sharing her journey in the world of beauty pageants, she alludes to the fact that from a young age, it was like she was born for this. “Pageantry is my mother's milk. I started at the age of six where I was crowned Miss Little Bogare Day Care Centre.

I continued with my love for pageantry at primary school and I was crowned Miss Boseja. I also took part at high school where I won Miss Sedibelo 2014 and later on Miss Education Developer 2014 second princess,” she added. As if it was not enough, in 2019 she won three crowns consecutively being Miss Playurole 2019, Miss Bokaa 2019, Miss BM 2019.

In the same year, she also became Miss Independence Kgatleng 2019 second princess. She stated that she believes in using talent to make an honest living. As such, she was always on the lookout for opportunities to contest any pageant available, hence in 2021 she challenged herself to take part in a national pageant when she participated at Miss Independence Botswana and emerged second princess.
