Rollers face relegation to lower division or points deduction

According to the Botswana Football League Code of Conduct, the offense could see the club relegated to a lower division or have points deducted.

The case has dragged on but neared its conclusion on Wednesday when the Disciplinary Committee found Rollers guilty of misconduct.

The DC will now pass sentence tomorrow with a possible deduction of points in matches in which Ratanang featured, with the worst-case scenario seeing the popular Gaborone giants expelled from the Premier League. Ratanang was reportedly registered on October 29 nearly a month after the closure of the transfer window on September 30.
