Engen Botswana wins Diamond Service League Award

It is administered by Service Bridges, a consulting company in customer, service management and research. The award ceremony was presided over by the Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Duke Lefhoko.

In addition to service stations and FMCG, other competing categories were banking, hotels, tele-communications and government departments. The award, sponsored by Debswana Diamond Company, acknowledges companies that have demonstrated outstanding customer service, consistency and personal attention in the development and maintenance of customer relationships.

Engen Lobatse, based just outside Gaborone, scooped an additional accolade in the outlet-specific sub-category. Engen Petroleum Ltd has 30 retail service stations across Botswana with a market share of 24 percent.

'These achievements highlight Engen Botswana's commitment to quality service delivery which has now set the benchmark standard in Botswana retail as a whole,' commented Duncan Murashiki, Managing Director: Engen Botswana. 'This is indeed something we can be proud of.'
