It is reported that at around 7pm when the Chinese shop was about to close for business, three masked armed men entered the shop and started demanding money.

Tlokweng police station commander, superintendent Unoziba Rari confirmed the incident when reached for comment. Rari said the trio attacked the shop, threatened employees with something that looked like a pistol, and collected money amounting to P10,500 that was in the cash register machine.

“The three masked men thereafter fled the crime scene in a Mazda Demio suspected to be their getaway car. Investigations are ongoing to locate and arrest the suspects who are still at large,” Rari said.
