Just as if attendants had not had enough fun of the whole event, the artists ensured that revellers of the music festival continued to have fun and enjoy the return of the Khawa Dune Challenge and Cultural Festival. The event marked its return after a two-year hiatus due to the outbreak of the coronavirus. It followed a series of other events that are part of the main event. There were other artists that had done enough earlier on to warm the stage for the trio. With big name artists in the line-up, it was obvious that the fans were looking towards their performances. Of the trio, MMP Family were the first to perform, and they did not disappoint.

Their set lasted close to an hour, but it was worth the time. They performed their well-known hits from Makhenekhe to Tuesday, much to the appreciation of the crowd, which in most cases sang along.

The group, made up of Mzico, M.O.D and Ples, really had the revellers eating from their palms. They set up the tempo and mood for a good festival and fans could not wait for similar performances from the other top artists. It was clear that Han C had read the same memo as he picked exactly from where MMP Family had left off. He literally set the stage alight with his performance. Charma Gal, who performed with a live band, was the last one on stage.

Her dancers were on their element as well and left fans in awe with their moves. The Sekuta hit maker wrapped up her performance by performing some of the songs from her latest album, Ha Mmajay. Her performance wrapped what was a beautiful day filled with fun and thrill.
