Kaytee Silver is now back after he dropped a new single named, Reverse. Reverse is a song about self-acceptance and commitment. It offers a teaching that when people do not accept your struggles, leave them in peace. The 34-year-old from Senthumole ward in Mogoditshane started his music lifework during his varsity days in 2009 as a stage performer and later released his first single called, Botshelo.

His first single did well in the local space. He said he expects people to receive his current release in the same manner they did with Botshelo. “The song is playing in local radio stations and the public’s response is great.

They love my song and they are calling me day and night to appreciate it. Social media is also doing wonders for me. If you are trying to hustle and people don’t appreciate, just cut them and focus on your life, just leave them through reverse,” he said. Kaytee Silver further explained that the song was produced by one of the best local producers, DJ KSB. Moreover, he explained that people turn to ignore some boy during their difficult times. “Mind you, that is when their support is needed. Someone will always be with you no-matter the situation.

Just go with them and leave those with negative energy if not, they will lead you into depression.” He also pointed out that the COVID-19 pandemic made it worse as people with money kept their money and it really affected those who are trying to hustle. Kaytee Silver added that he is currently working on two more singles to be released in winter. His target is to release a whole album before the end of this year. He also said the market is ok, “if you come with a good product and Batswana will support you.

They like good music that is why I am working with one the best producers in Botswana, the Phedula hit maker. If you want to do something in life, just go ahead and do it. Never mind what people say, just focus on your dream,” he said.
