Antonybio releases Khina

Antonybio hails from Hukuntsi and in most of his songs he uses his native language Sekgalagadi. He said that is his way of being different from other artists and mae his language to be known by other tribes in Botswana. He further explained that he had one album that was titled Nkeshe Ke Dhoge which was released in 2019 but still plays in local radio stations.

Moreover, he pointed out that his new single Khina featured some of the best artistes from Kgalagadi namely Juu and DJ KT Chokoma. The young singer said he composes and writes his songs. He added that he pushes his music through different media platforms such as social media, newspapers and radio stations.

“I started indulging in this music industry in 2009 as dancer for Zolasko, but I have featured in most of Botswana videos for artistes such as Wizard, Vee Mampeezy, Charmagal, Chobolo to name a few. The reason why I did this music is because I understand this genre and the concepts of doing it. I also know how to dance to it.”

“The industry accepted my music with open arms. They believe my house kwasa is more different to others more especially the way I arrange my words to the song, even the massage they get when listening to my songs even the way I use my home language which is Shengologa/Sekgalagadi,” he said.
