Taylor was suspended late last year over the misallocation of FIFA funds, amounting to P8.8 million.

The funds were diverted to other BFA projects other than the FIFA sanctioned initiatives. Taylor recently appeared before a disciplinary committee headed by former football administrator, Leviet Ntwaagae. Sources said a verdict will be delivered today at Lekidi and will see Taylor dismissed, just less than a year into her term. The sources said Taylor's predecessor, Mfolo Mfolo will be reappointed to the post.

Meanwhile, BFA first vice president, Marshlow Motlogelwa resigned yesterday in a bid to counter plans to suspend him by other National Executive Committee members sometime this week.

There has been pressure on Motlogelwa to step down as he oversees the association's finances. His role as the supervisor of BFA finances is not constitutional, but he was given the task by virtue of his sound financial background.

Motlogelwa is a qualified chartered account.

He reportedly believes that he has done nothing wrong but is resigning to protect his image and accounting profession.
