He explained that the idea of writing the book came in an extraordinary way after he had an unfortunate incident with ants over a piece of bread. He explained that some time later on the same day he studied ants and was intrigued by the ants’ relentless effort to never give up until they achieve what they want. “This started a journey that helped me transition from abject poverty to the success I have today, all thanks to the ants! I am a man who wants to bring out the best in everyone. I was born and raised in Botswana. I am a John C. Maxwell certified speaker, coach and trainer. I am also the founder and senior pastor of Kingdom Embassy International. I have contributed to the personal development of thousands of people through my training and coaching company, Results Driven International. I am also a father and husband,” he said.

He said he deals with people on a daily basis and has seen the challenges they go through. As such, Grace could not think of a more fitting genre such as inspiration and leadership to help people in such trying times. He further stated that he lived every pitfall and rising mentioned in his book.

The book targets people from all walks of life; young or old, any organisation or business that is in pursuit of a big dream. “I want the reader to take steps in life knowing that big things always start small, and like the ants, empires are built in silence. I am convinced that the wisdom in this book will help everyone improve their lives. I would like people to understand that this book has been in the works for over 20 years. I have lived every principle taught in this book and I am still learning more principles of success today,” he said. Moreover, he explained that his wife, Esther and children, Joshua and Hadassah have been his support structure. He added that his mentor pastors Korede Komaiya and Esther Komaiya have been his anchors. Furthermore, Grace pointed out that completing the editing process of the book and launching it had been the greatest achievement. The book has 13 chapters and 148 pages. It was self-published and printed with international standards. The book is sold at P200.
