If you would like to enjoy some uninterrupted cooking lessons with us hosting some of your favourite personalities every month, ensure that you subscribe to Mascom MySurf and enjoy some delicious entertainment.

All while learning one or two new dishes, tips and tricks to use in your very own kitchen to switch up your regular meals and share with friends and family.

Our first episode featured the acclaimed fashion guru Mothusi Lesolle of iZaura Creations. From various catwalks in BW, Africa, New York to Buckingham Palace, the Dress in the store Window at a famous Macy’s to Chellzkitchen.

We had a moment as we reminisced about a time I had the privilege of donning one of his creations for my Patlo/Magadi in 2013 and it was such a pleasant experience. A modern design with the ‘pattern’ I had picked for my paka. Like any monyadi should; I felt like a Queen! Without a doubt, iZaura Creations is a world renowned brand and Design Concepts Couture force to be reckoned with and has proven capability to make anyone’s dream day a very memorable event in a memorable ensemble.

No one could have expected anything less from Mothusi. If ‘Bring it!’ was a person, it’s him. Dressed to the nines he razzle and dazzled in the kitchen. Making our first official episode nothing short of incredible.

We cannot wait to host more of your favourites, and please inbox our page any questions you would like us to ask them during the cooking sessions. Like and follow our Facebook page Chellzkitchen to catch all the episodes.

Without giving away too much, and giving you the opportunity to watch the episode, I will share only one recipe out of the various element of our meal to entice you. We made a Pear Bellini with Chateau Del Rei, a simple cocktail, for mains Flat Bread, Koftas with Lamb Mince, Nutriday Plain Yogurt Dip, Salsa and for a delicious stove top dessert we made a Delta Fresh Milk Tart Pudding. This spread used minimal ingredients, is light, fresh and fit for anytime of the day. We served our meal with a Robertsons Wine (Merlot) because red wine pairs well with red meat. While I have your attention on pairings, Chellzkitchen will be hosting a Class with a Wine Pairing Experience by a professional very soon.

We will cook the foods that pair well with the wines, and as is the norm at Chellzkitchen, we will eat, laugh, sip and have endless conversations. Keep your eyes on the Chellzkitchen page. Bona Pattern!!
