This 27-year-old young woman joined the local music industry in 2004 when she was only 10 years of age. She was part of her uncle’s band named the Flying Sounds. She said her uncle taught her many things about music more especially disco.

Nkamozuki added that was when she developed so much love for the music. However, she stated that it was unfortunate that the uncle became inactive from 2006 to date but that did not stop her from pursuing her talent. She said she later joined Khoza Mkhozeni in 2016 as a backing vocalist and the latter later introduced her to some disco artists in Botswana such as Chesa and Ounah. She then worked with over 10 disco artists since 2016 to date such as the late Peacock, Black Eye, Magic Fingers just to mention but a few. In 2019 she was inspired to record her own and very first album dubbed, 'Stop Fighting'. Even though she has one album, she decided to try her luck at the BOMU awards and was excited to have won. “The feeling is beyond exciting.

This is the first time I entered the awards and being nominated. Being a winner at first try is an incredibly gratifying achievement for me. I am overwhelmed and ecstatic. To inspiring musicians out there, it is vital that we work together as artists in order to achieve a lot more than where we currently are. Well established artists owe it to themselves and to the industry to reach out and embrace upcoming artists, mentor them and grow with them. To fans and supporters, thank you so much for your love and endless support in my musical works, le kamoso.

Wining this award means I have indeed done a great work on the project. Therefore, I believe that it is a beautiful beginning for much more great works ahead. I must keep up the good work, improve where need be and work harder.

The sky is the limit,” she said. The disco singer added that she wrote her songs adding that some songs were composed by Khoza Mkhozeni and Nico T. She however revealed that she would like to have Gerson Mabale write some of her songs in her second album. She also said she got positive feedback about her album from the public more especially Mapantsula who really love her work and were very supportive by buying CDs as well as stream her music online.
