Gratitude- The Enricher For Dreams Engrained In The Spiritual Realm

There is nothing as important as maintaining the seed-bed in such an amicable state because it guarantees abundant yield. Nobody wants to sow in the desert but it is unfortunate that we find ourselves there. We are whining because are feel stagnant in all our aspiring aspects of life; spiritually, professionally, socially and/ or economically.

This is all due to the fact that we are not privy to what to embrace the utmost in order to realise the dreams we have. As mentioned afore on the latter articles, life begins in the spirit and the seed-bed we sow our dreams upon is, therefore, prepared first in the spiritual realm. What transpires in our lives is a consequent of how we respond to the acts of grace upon our lives. The recipe to optimise the works of grace in one's life is bundled in GRATITUDE. Gratitude is a quality of being thankful of whatever you possess, moreover, of what is desired to unfold. It is the manure of the seed-bed in which we plant our desires and expectations.

A lot of times, we are used to complaining and whining about our lacks and never appreciate all that we have been able to accomplish. This builds a wall between us and grace, which then impedes on our growth across all aspects of life hence stagnation or desert. There is an epistle of two brothers who both pursued farming but in different spheres. One reared while the other planted. The planter had always envied his brother's produce and gained a low self- esteem upon himself.

Even though his hand had a Midas touch, it never dawned to him that he is also uniquely talented. During the time they brought their produce before the presence of God, the planter got blinded by lack of gratitude and murdered his only brother. He never realised that their unique farming gifts complimented each other. You can never survive on meat nor starch alone. You need both in order to get a balanced diet. In another story, the Grey dog managed to solicit a piece of meat and held it with its mouth. It happened that the dog went by the river bank and saw its image on the water surface but unfortunately it did not realize that the image was its own.

The dog lacked gratitude but had wealthy greed and barked towards the image while losing a piece of meat into the deep waters. It wanted to get the bigger piece which reflected on the water surface. It left the river bank without anything to eat. Lack of gratitude invites weeds on our seed- bed. The weeds are greed, bitterness, pessimism and a life full of negative energy.

These all carry an opportunity repelling dynamism which distance one from a desired life. The negative posture steals our consciousness and limits our pro- activeness hence miss the potential or prospects that our situation(s) can unleash for us. We are ought to allow our hearts to be grateful for everything that we have because it is time that has allowed for it to be in our lives through grace. This means, your possessions are very proportional to your time of existence. Gratitude empowers grace to move swiftly in our lives and create space of other new things/ events to be established in our lives.

It attracts a great sense of life appreciation and once that is done, one can easily work with what they have in order to enhance their livelihood. There has to be a synergetic correlation between us and grace.

The connexion is bonded through a spirit of gratitude. Gratitude is the tunnel through which we increase the level of favour in our lives. Favour is the undeserved merits we earn in life.
