MELS against Zim elections petition

Please refer to your invitation letter dated 4th July 2008. Please note that our Party does not subscribe to your ideals in relation to this matter.

We believe that to petition the Zimbabwean Embassy is as a result of pressure from the Western Imperialists. We believe that the Zimbabwean problems can be resolved by the Zimbabwean people themselves.

We are therefore not participating in that process, as it appears politically misguided.
