The comedy added more characters and broadened his talent. This time around, the comedy brought on board more characters such as Sehadi, Moerikho, Kuna, Sehadi and Polena who play as Sehadi’s mother. Babosi plays the role of Belinda BW, where he is a stubborn and hilarious ex-wife to local television personality Matlhare Matlhare and ex-girlfriend to a character called Bethuele played by Jujuvine.

The young comedian takes pride in his native Setswana language as all his video clips are shot in rich Setswana. He is also one of multi-talented young people in Botswana. He is a gospel and jazz singer and also folksong writer. Speaking of how his production has grown over the time, Babosi said the new characters and his current story were focused on telling and teaching people about issues that affects Batswana everyday. He said the story showed poor parenting skills many parents more especially in location or marginalised areas portray towards grooming their children.

“Belinda BW comedy has grown tremendously over the time. We have introduced new characters, new faces in the productions such as Sehadi, Kuna, Moericho Swari and others who are doing pretty well. The play shows poor parental guidance. If you look at Sehadi, you will realise that she grew from a poor family background where parents do not chose what they say in front of their children. This child always goes to Belinda and tells her about every gossip her parents had about Belinda.

Even though she fell in love with Moericho, Belinda is trying hard to misguide him,” he said.

The new characters are trending more especially Sehadi whose behaviour does not reflect her age. She takes whatever the other character to the next one has said. Belinda who was left by her husband Matlhare because of her bad behaviour is left as a single mother. Belinda is a young lady who does not have direction in life. The character is said to like men more especially those with money. Marriage is an accomplishment to her. She is described as a gold digger who is not afraid to leave a man for the one that has more money than the one she is with. She is a selfish woman who is unable to love or respect other human beings.

Her character shows that a woman can build peace or contaminate it. He added that the story teaches people that parents should guide their children, women must be faithful to their partners to avoid putting their lives at risk because having multi-concurrent partners does not only pose a health risk but also makes one prone to gender based violence (GBV). He said their content was rich in Gender Based Violence (GBV) teachings that arose during this COVID-19 era.

“I differ from my colleagues in local comedy industry because I use our rich Setswana language. I play around with our idioms to make my storylines richer and interesting whilst teaching the youngster our native language. My content is more of edutainment. I aim to make my viewers laugh their lungs out while learning at the same time. I tell real life issues that more especially that affect women through my content,” he said proudly.
