BDF is sitting on an HR time bomb

Last month the US reported that they were reducing their military forces by 40 ,000 and this was in particular reference to the US Army. This week as China celebrated the 70th year since the defeat of Japan, the Chinese Premier Xi Jin Ping announced the reduction of their forces by a staggering 300,000.

The US has had such an exercise much earlier right after the fall of Communism. Their force reduction exercise was known as the drawdown.

This project affected all other NATO forces because the perceived threat was now gone.
