LOBATSE: The national Under-23 side, Young Zebras played to an entertaining 1-1 draw against Kenya in the first leg of the African Championship qualifier played on Friday. The result leaves the Young Zebras with a tough challenge in the second leg to be played in Zambia.

They are now forced to score in Zambia after giving the visitors an away goal.

The visitors looked superior tactically and pressed the Young Zebras, leaving their midfield exposed. The Young Zebras looked like they had stage fright and wasted numerous corner kicks. They were dealt a heavy blow when defender, Bogosi Kaekwa was pulled out because of injury. Coach Davis Kopi replaced him with Kennedy Taukobong.
