Botswana swimmers bagged 21 medals which saw the team finish sixth at the Africa Swimming Confederation (CANA) Zone IV Championships held in Angola last week.

The team arrived in the country on Sunday evening.

Team coach, Owen Caple told Mmegi Sport yesterday that he was impressed by the performance of the team. The Botswana team brought home eight gold, four silver and nine bronze medals. Caple said the swimmers prepared for the championships at their individual clubs.
