Submissions continue in Kgotlele case

The hearing, which is set to decide Mooketsi Tosh Kgotlele's future as Botswana Football Association (BFA) chief executive officer (CEO), continues tomorrow (Friday) after it was adjourned on Tuesday.

A three-man committee comprising lawyer, Omphemetse Motumisi, BFA National Executive Committee member, Patrick Mathe and a representative from the Department of Labour, listened to submissions from both Kgotlele and the BFA.

The first hearing was adjourned last Thursday to allow Kgotlele time to peruse some documents relating to the matter. BFA president David Fani, a lawyer by training, is said to have made the association's presentation before the committee while Kgotlele also had time to present his statement.
