Township Rollers’ thrashed Big Sisters 4-0 in a one sided contest, to clinch the Women’ Football Super League title on Saturday afternoon at Ledumang Senior Secondary School.

Rollers took the lead in the first minute, after Masego Koboto headed in the ball after her striking partner, Bame Ngenda chipped the ball over advancing goalkeeper, Marylin John. Rollers nearly doubled the lead in the third minute, but Ngenda’s header went over the bar.

Rollers controlled most of the play with midfielders Amogelang Moahi and Tlamelo Rametlae getting the better of their opponents. Gosego Koboto was problematic for Sisters’ defence and in the 42nd minute, she found Ngenda unmarked in the box.
