Judge throws out Notwane application

Gaborone High Court Judge Leatile Dambe yesterday dismissed Notwane's urgent application over its ownership wrangle with executive chairperson Gift Mogapi, relegating the case to go through the normal court process.

Notwane had sought an urgent application as the club’s supporters bid to wrestle the ownership from Mogapi who bought 80 percent shares of the team at the beginning of the season.  

Dambe explained that the application was dismissed without prejudice to the applicant.
