Botswana to host 2018 COSSASA athletics

PALAPYE: Botswana has been given the right to host the 2018 Confederation of School Sport Association in Southern Africa (COSSASA) athletics.

Francistown will be the venue for the competition to be held in May. Windhoek in Namibia will host the COSSASA ball games next year.

Zimbabwe hosted the last edition’s athletics, while Lesotho organised the ball games. Botswana has twice hosted COSSASA games, athletics in 2014 and ball games in 2016, both in Gaborone.
