Young girl perishes in Ledumadumane collision

A five-year-old girl has died after the car she was travelling in was involved in a head-on collision with another vehicle at Ledumadumane, Mogoditshane, on Friday night. The accident involved a BMW driven by a 42-year-old man and a VW Golf driven by a 31-year-old man.

No.13 District Traffic Officer, Superintendent Obonetse Matshego, said police were still investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.

He highlighted the crash ocurred near traffic lights that were functioning at the time.
