Voluntary exit plan under fire as BOFEPUSU raises concerns

The Botswana Federation of Public, Private and Parastatal Sector Unions (BOFEPUSU) has launched a blistering attack on the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM), accusing its Director Gaone Macholo of unlawfully attempting to restructure the public service through a voluntary separation programme without following due process.
