Two Zimbabwean men aged 36 and 38 were yesterday found in possession of 67 rolls of copper cables and 82 assorted batteries in their horse and trailer truck.

The duo was heading towards the southern part of the country when the police intercepted them at the Dibete barrier gate during a stop, question, and search. Dibete Police Station commander, Superintendent Meshack Ranku said they suspect that the two might have stolen the cables but police investigations to establish where they stole the lines from are still ongoing.
