Tribunal dismisses Sky Drillers’ points in limine, confirms main hearing

The Competition and Consumer Tribunal has dismissed three points in limine raised by Sky Drillers (Pty) Ltd against an application for directions by the Competition and Consumer Authority, while ruling that the Authority’s preliminary objections to Sky Drillers’ points in limine in the main matter were not noted.
