Trial Dates To Be Set In David July Case

FRANCISTOWN: Trial dates will be set on August 28 in a case in which David July, Moagisi Rameno, Dennis Tabulawa and Esther Chengeta allegedly obtained P7,980 from Thandiwe Ndlovu by false pretences.

The state alleges that the incident happened in December 1, 2013 at Block 1 location here.Inspector Alexander Phale applied for a warrant of arrest for Tabulawa to be issued because he was absent from court and did not give the prosecution reasons for his absence.

July told the court that they had a breakdown near Gweta on Wednesday when they were traveling to Francistown to attend court.
