Thieves lift P20K-worth of cigs from Sefalana


FRANCISTOWN: Officer commanding No 2 District, Senior Superintendent Paul Oketsang has said that they are investigating an incident in which thieves broke into Sefalana Shoppers and stole Peter Stuyvesant cigarettes worth P20,000.

He told The Monitor that the incident took place on Saturday at around 10:05pm at Sefalana Shoppers, Old Mall in Palapye Central. According to Oketsang, the thieves used the rooftop to gain entry into the shop.

They broke in and stole 200 packets of Peter Stuyvesant cigarettes, 50 okapi knives, 80 one-litre yoghurts, and two 1kg sausages, he added.
