Former president Ian Khama, a once powerful and feared leader seems to be losing grasp of his might.

After he was reportedly fooled into believing that he could still ‘rule’ the country and have whatever he wanted through his predecessor Mokgweetsi Masisi, Khama has now lost control of his baby, Botswana Patriotic Front (BPF).

The BPF’s current central committee is not fazed by Khama and seems set to take him and his puppets on without fear.

Batswana need to do better to stop FMD

It is a clear signal that the government’s purse is empty and that our own behaviour has left veterinary officials fighting with one hand tied behind their backs. We have been here before.
