Teen arraigned for defilement

The teen appeared before Magistrate Game Mooketsi for arraignment on Friday. According to court documents, the boy who is allegedly defiled the 16-year-old girl at Tati Siding on or about July 14.

It is alleged that the matter was reported to the police by the girl’s parents after she went missing for a long while. Moreover, it was reported that at the time the teenage girl went missing, she was staying with a teen boy whom she claimed was her boyfriend. In her police statement, the teenage girl allegedly said that she had been dating the teenage boy since when she was 14-years-old, which meant the he would have been 15-years-old at the time.
