The University of Botswana Student Representative Council (UBSRC) this week filled an application against Deputy Vice-Chancellor Student Affairs (DVC-SA) Professor Martin Mokgwathi, the UB student disciplinary committee and two others seeking the Court to nullify disciplinary proceedings instituted against some students.

Moreover, the student leaders want the Court to declare charges issued to students on March 14 2017- subsequent to student protests early this year to be null and void too.
