Saleshando takes swipe at Motshegwa, UDC

Forget any set deadlines or whatever dates, the Botswana Congress Party (BCP) will not rescind its decision to abandon the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) ship.

Various speakers at a joint rally of the BCP and Alliance for Progressives (AP) held in Molepolole over the weekend slammed the UDC for poor governance. BCP president, Dumelang Saleshando took a swipe at the newly elected Botswana National Front secretary-general, Ketlhalefile Motshegwa.

On Friday, a three Court of Appeal (CoA) justice bench ruled that Motshegwa’s employment contract as secretary-general of BLLAHWU be declared unlawful, nullified and terminated.
