SA policemen feature as witness sings in CMS case

A naturalised South African of Tanzanian origin Joshua Singiombo has testified that he met Norman Maja and David Tumagole in Johannesburg to cash money obtained through fraudulent transactions at Central Medical Stores.

The trial started late yesterday following differences between the prosecution and the defence on whether to allow Singiombo to give evidence in the absence of Tumagole's lawyer, Duma Boko, on Tuesday.
