Produced by acclaimed executive producer Carlos Moreno Laguillo, My Secret Truth delivers an emotionally charged story of revenge, redemption, and unexpected love. Set against the backdrop of a powerful family dynasty, the series follows Aitana Fernández, a woman determined to confront the men who shattered her life years earlier. Under a new identity, she secures a position as the nurse of matriarch Eloísa Arenas, infiltrating the family responsible for her suffering and embarking on a carefully planned quest for justice.

Aitana's mission, however, becomes increasingly complicated as buried truths begin to surface and old feelings are reignited. When she encounters Zacarías Castillo, the man who recognises her despite her new identity, and finds herself unexpectedly drawn to Luciano Lizárraga, one of the very men she seeks to expose, her pursuit of revenge becomes a battle between the past and the possibility of a different future.
