Police suspect syndicate in another Honda Fit theft

Just a week after a Honda Fit was reported stolen at a local bar in Mogoditshane, yet another similar incident involving the same model has occurred.

Happy Lounge became the latest joint to be targeted on Saturday night in what is fast-turning the peri-urban area into a hotspot, further fuelling police suspicions of an organised car theft syndicate operating in the area.

No.13 District Officer Commanding, Senior Superintendent Obusitswe Lokae, said the latest victim, a 25-year-old man, had parked his vehicle around 9pm.
