Passenger dies after fall from moving vehicle

A 28-year-old man has died after falling from a moving vehicle on a sandy road approximately five kilometres north of Kang recently. Southern Divisional Traffic Officer, Assistant Commissioner Boiki Mojalemotho, stated police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.

He explained that the deceased was travelling as a passenger at the back of a Toyota Hilux when he reportedly fell off the vehicle whilst it was in motion.

Following the incident, the victim was rushed to Kang Primary Hospital, where he was certified dead by the doctors on arrival.
