Former Speaker of National Assembly, Margaret Nasha says the country is at crossroads due to Botswana Democratic Party’s (BDP) intolerance.

Speaking at the launch of Alliance for Progressives’ (AP) Gaborone North candidate, Thatayaone Molefhi at Botlhale School on Saturday, Nasha asserted that over the years, the ruling party leadership has been intolerant to opposition parties.

“What is happening now, is not new to us. It happened even to me when I was a member of the party. The leadership only wants people who will praise them even when they do wrong and that is exactly what President Mokgweetsi Masisi is doing,” Nasha said.
